Band 6 Senior Clinician with the Crisis Response Team in providing high quality, evidence-based, holistic assessments to patients in line with your professional code of conduct and Trust policies.Provide comprehensive assessment and care planning in line with the requirements of the Mental Health Care Clusters.Produce accurate and timely documentation on all service users in line with your professional code of conduct and Trust policy.Registration Mental Health Nurse RMN Part 3 or equivalent social work/AHP qualification.Experience of working in a health, social care or community setting as part of a multi-disciplinary team
