Substantial community experience in mental health and neurodevelopmental disorders. Experience of practice teaching and supervision. Evidence of providing care for complex and challenging service users. Working in an MDT environment with multi-agency liaison and communication. Experience at a senior staff nurse level or above. Front line operational dealing with service users on a daily basis. Ability to assess their environment and make decisions that will ensure their safety and that of their clients. Lone working in the community Ability to travel independently across a wide geographical area. Diagnostic Assessment and management (medication) Ability to travel freely throughout the Trust. A full valid driving license and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010 and a reasonable adjustment can be made).
